I donât know why some people are seeing the rule of six somehow restrictive on their fun-times. Iâve always felt that 6 is the perfect number for an intimate tea party. Particularly if the addition of champagne is an option! Memories are made when the bubbles are poured and the chatter begins. The table is dressed with pretty china and traditional fare - warm scones, finger sandwiches and delicious cakes. Celebrations can last into the evening and no one has to be packed off by 10pm. Whatâs not to like about that!
