  • Question: Will all my vintage china match?
    Answer: We will always be able to offer matching trios and for small party sizes of up to 6 people we have a selection of matching tea sets available which can be obtained on request. For everything else we will offer a mix and match table setting. We think a pretty mix of styles and colours gives a typically vintage flavour to your table and a stunning eclectic look.
  • Question: Can we choose our favourite colours and styles to suit our theme?
    Answer: Yes! We are happy for you to choose your favourite colours and styles from the Collections pages on our website (subject to availability). However, we are unable to guarantee one colour or style in large quantities, for this we will mix and match across our Collections to give you a vibrant, mis-matched look to your table.
  • Question: Do you do all the washing up?
    Answer: Yes! We do all the washing up for you and this is included in our hire price. We just ask that the gold cutlery is hand washed after use, to avoid tarnishing and also for hygiene purposes. Everything else can be simply wiped and cleared of debris before repacking in the packaging we supply.
  • Question: What happens if we break an item or something goes missing?
    Answer: We understand that sometimes accidents do happen, so we will take a damage deposit relevant to the size of your order ranging from £50 to 50% of the hire charge. This is refunded by bank transfer when all items have been returned, usually within 48hrs. Please see our Terms and Conditions for a full list of damage charges.
  • How long is the length of hire?
    We hire on a 3 day basis with delivery the day before your event and collection the day after. If you do require the china for a longer term, please speak to us first as a supplement charge may apply.
